Doubletree (Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors) www.ideasandinput.com is the website setup by EDAW for input on the Doubletree Golf Resort during the workshops held in 2005.

The Cresta Bella Website (under the domain name, rpcrestabella.com) which showed plan elevations, planned structures, etc. is no longer in use.

Rancho Peñasquitos Concerned Citizens was formed on January 29, 2006 in response to SDG&E's Sunrise Powerlink proposal to run 230,000 volt high-tension power lines through Park Village and surrounding Rancho Peñasquitos neighborhoods.

San Diego City Council - meets on Mondays at 2:00 p.m. and on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. The meetings are held on the 12th floor of the City Administration Building, 202 "C" Street in downtown San Diego.

Docket (Meeting Agenda) information: On Monday, the Council normally hears legislative items. On Tuesday, the Council normally hears noticed hearings for land use matters and appeals. For questions about the Council docket, or to request copies of the exhibit material for any docket item, please call the City Clerk's office at 533-4000. For database help, please call the Clerk's Docket Supervisor at 533-4010.

  • Public Safety and Neighborhood Services Committee - AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY includes Police, Fire, Paramedics, Neighborhood Parks, Recreation Programs, Youth Services, Senior Services, Neighborhood Revitalization, BIDs, Litter Control, MBE/WBE, Community Development Block Grant, Code Enforcement, Graffiti Abatement, and Parking Regulations and Enforcement.

  • Land Use and Housing Committee - AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY includes Planning, Land Use, Affordable Housing, Development Services, General Plan Amendments, Subdivisions, Community Facility Finance, Engineering, Annexations, Transportation Planning, Transit Services, Parking, Building Code/Inspection, Land Development Code, Utilities, Infrastructure Finance, and Housing Commission Quarterly Reports.

City Planning Commission - meets most Thursdays of every week. Meetings are held at 9 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the 12th floor of the City Administration Building, 202 C Street, in downtown San Diego.

The Planning Commission recommends changes in the city's General Plan and community plans; makes recommendations on the Capital Improvements Budget, rezonings and related land use matters; and has final approval on subdivisions as well as many permit types. The Planning Commission has seven members, appointed for four-year terms by the City Council.
